Coffee trees on a family finca, roasted to order under your name.
Every adoption is roasted and packed under its owner’s name, printed on every bag and on the certificate exactly as you type it here.
Every adoption comes with a YouRoast. It certificate, a perfect gift for someone you love, or for yourself.
Every batch is roasted and ground to your order. Pick once: it applies to every bag until you change it, and you can change it before any shipment.
Try it below, it's just a demo. You'll set up your first roast after adoption, and retune it before every batch.
Roasted to order a few days before dispatch, ground on roast day. Whole bean stays freshest, but it’s your bag.
ADOPT YOUR GROVEGave my mother her own grove for her birthday. She now pours “her” coffee for guests like it’s the family estate.
Choose six, twelve or sixty trees on the finca in Huila. Name your grove.

Flowering to harvest: photos and insights from your trees, four times a year.
Your lot rests as green coffee and is roasted to order for every shipment.
Coffee is at its best in the weeks after roasting. Supermarket bags are typically months past roast. Every YouRoast. It bag is stamped with the day it left the drum.
Your harvest rests as green coffee, which keeps beautifully. We only roast when a shipment is due.
Pink Bourbon from a single mountainside in Huila: panela sweetness, red fruit, a floral finish. Shade-grown, hand-picked at peak ripeness, washed and dried slowly on raised beds. Roasted light–medium, to the lot, never to a formula.
Panela and red apple up front, raspberry and florals behind, a clean juicy acidity. It finishes sweet, not bitter: the sign of ripe cherries and a careful roast.
Roasted light–medium in small batches, rested five to ten days, at its peak for six weeks. The roast date is stamped on every bag, so you never have to guess.
Picked by hand in three passes, only the ripe cherries. Washed the same day, then dried slowly on raised beds for about two weeks before resting as green coffee.
The SCA scale runs to 100; anything above 80 cups as specialty grade. This lot scores 86+, and freshness does the rest.
Your trees stand in a shade-grown grove on a family finca above 5,600 feet. Three generations have picked these slopes by hand. Adoption doesn’t change who farms. It connects you to them.
“Every bag is a harvest, and a direct connection to the mountain it comes from.”
“We pick every tree in three passes and take only the ripe cherries. It is slower. It is also the only way we know.”

Your harvest rests as green coffee, which keeps beautifully for a year. We roast your lot a few days before each shipment, quarterly for solo and crew adoptions and monthly for offices, and stamp the roast date on the bag, typically 72 hours before dispatch.
Whole bean by default: it stays fresh far longer. If you prefer, choose a grind at checkout (filter, espresso, moka or French press) and we grind on roast day.
The name you enter at checkout is printed on every bag of your harvest (“Emma’s Roast”) and on your certificate (“Emma’s Grove”). You can change it at each renewal.
Your adoption bills quarterly and renews until you cancel. Cancel anytime; anything already roasted for you still arrives.
